GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The first Freeport Fashion Week was a night to remember. Seven designers showcasing men’s and women’s clothing.
There was also lots of food, drinks and a Junkanoo rush-out!

Chairman of Freeport Fashion Week Fatima Zahra Kaboub says the event’s goal is to show the talent of Grand Bahama to the world.

Principal Producer of Islands of the World Fashion Showcase Owen Bethel also weighing in on the event.

Ambassador Jamaal Rolle says, as a creative, he is pleased that Grand Bahama can experience an event that emulates fashion weeks across the world.

Aritsts Claudette Dean and Paula Farrington says the event feels like the old days in the city of Freeport.

Free National Movement leader and Member of Parliament of Marco City Michael Pintard also in attendance.
