FRANCE – A French court on Monday, clearing air France and European plane maker airbus of “Involuntary manslaughter”.

Almost 14 years after an airliner plowed into the Atlantic en route from Rio de Janeiro to Paris, killing everyone on board.

Two men have been arrested on charges they helped establish a secret police outpost in New York City on behalf of the Chinese government.

That’s according to officials in the justice department who say at no point did the men register as agents of a foreign government.

More than three dozen officers with China’s national police force have also been charged with harassing dissidents inside the United States.

Officials claim the two who were arrested helped the Chinese government locate a pro-democracy activist of Chinese descent living in California.
