I spoke to a family member of the deceased who says she doesn’t believe her cousin killed herself, and is now on a quest for justice.

In a raw and emotional interview, Bennae Pinder-Beneby, the cousin of the late Destiny Hamilton paints a vivid picture of the vibrant life she lived.

Police reports detail the discovery of Hamilton’s body around 8:30 a.m. Thursday, in a home on Guana Cay, Abaco.

Police say she was found with a wrist laceration, leading to speculation of suicide, while the investigation remains open.

Social media went into a frenzy after news of her unfortunate death, some describing details in the police report as sketchy.

Meanwhile, her cousin says she believes there’s more to the story.
