ELEUTHERA, BAHAMAS – Work on an 18-hole championship golf course has begun at Jack’s Bay, in Eleuthera. Jack’s Bay will be the first Nicklaus heritage course in the world.

It will also include the rare Nicklaus real estate branding rights as a Nicklaus Community – a distinction afforded to only a very select collection of developments around the world and the very first in the Caribbean.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the heritage course was held on Wednesday.

Tourism Minister Chester Cooper was on hand for the event. Prime Minister Philip Davis also attended the groundbreaking.
