NASSAU, BAHAMAS – News of a teen being found with a high-powered weapon has hammered home a sad reality, according to Teen Challenge Executive Director Eric Fox who is sharing his thoughts about at-risk youth, and their relationship with guns, power, and self-confidence.

On Wednesday afternoon, police arrested a 15-year-old boy in the capital after ShotSpotter technology alerted them to shots being fired in the Wilton Street area.

As it turned out, the boy had a high-powered gun. Our News asked Fox where young boys are getting these guns.

Fox says the bigger question is why young men are so eager to get their hands on guns.

Fox is working on getting empowering and corrective courses at institutions across the country.
