TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO – The humanitarian and political crisis in Haiti emerging as the major issue at this week’s CARICOM meeting in Trinidad and Tobago.

Among the issues is the role of Haiti’s Prime Minister Arielle Henry.

Some leaders believe that Henry is a hindrance to a resolution, while others feel that he is the best link.
