NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The devastating fire in Bimini that left 12 people homeless has brought the inequality in Family Island emergency services back to the forefront.

Minister of Health and Wellness Dr. Michael Darville offering an update on what’s happening in Bimini after a fire gutted several homes and leaving half a dozen people homeless over the weekend.

One of the largest issues rising to the forefront after the tragedy, is the lack of emergency services on the island.
