BROOKLYN, USA – Buddy Hield continues to bomb away from 3 as his Indiana Pacers defeated the struggling Brooklyn Nets 125-116.

Buddy scored 17 points shooting 6-14 from the field, however, he shot an efficient 5-11 from the 3-point line. It was a brilliant all-around game for Hield as he added 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Rookie sensation Ben Mathurin led the team in scoring with 32 points off the bench along with 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Tyrese Halliburton continues his torrid start to the season scoring 26 points and dishing out 8 assists.

Kyrie Irving of the Nets had 35 points and 6 assists while Kevin Durant added 25 points and 5 rebounds.

Buddy is off to a blistering 3-point shooting start to the season, connecting on 46% of his shots from beyond the arc. He is one behind league leader Stephen Curry in total 3 pointers made with 29 to Curry’s 30, despite taking 3 less attempts per game than Curry. As the season goes by, look for Buddy to solidify himself as one of the NBA’s elite shooters.

Buddy and the Pacers play the Nets again tomorrow on NBA TV. If you want to root for Buddy in the 242, you can tune into channel 730.
