GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Some good news for Grand Bahama as the former Winn Dixie building has been officially renamed by Milo B. Butler and Sons Investment Ltd. ahead of the opening of the new Solomons location. The renaming ceremony taking place in downtown Freeport.

“The Winn Building” is a thirty-two square foot building that will house the new Solomons. It’s a part of phase one of a $10 million project spearheaded by Milo Butler Investments Ltd. 

The highly anticipated project is just about complete and Solomons is expected to open their doors in just a few days.

Chairman of Milo Butler Investments Ltd. Damian Butler says they are committed to the resurgence of downtown Freeport and Grand Bahama.

Senior Investment Officer at the Grand Bahama Port Authority Derek Newbold calling today a great day for Grand Bahama. 

Minister for Grand Bahama Ginger Moxey says the revitalization of downtown, Freeport is finally here.
