Panelist and Cybersecurity Executive, Sametria McKinney, reminds girls to keep an open mind, as they might find themselves not only the first woman in a role, but also the first Bahamian.
The cyber security executive warns against the pressures of perfectionism for girls interested in entering the field.
She’s urging them to be as informed as possible, but to be open to being lifelong learners.
