GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Grand Bahama Health Services Obstetrics and Gynecology Department hosting a free pap smear screening, STI screening, free HIV rapid testing at Pearce Plaza over the weekend.

HPV vaccines were also available.

Dr. Saida Bowe says it’s important for women to have their pap smears done.

As for HPV vaccines and STI screening she says the recommended age for women is 21-45.
