NASSAU, BAHAMAS – All seems to be going well with taxi drivers after a code of conduct was drafted and signed between The Ministry of Transport and Energy and The Bahamas Taxi Cab Union.

Kenny McKenzie, a taxi driver of over 20 years says drivers have no issues as the code is simply an enforcement of what’s already on the books.

The code speaks to drivers having a valid driver’s license, passenger safety, alcohol and smoking consumptions and vehicle capacity, something drivers says they have already been adhering to.
