SAN SALVADOR, BAHAMAS – It’s dedicated to study, research and fellowship – the Gerace Research Center, sits in the quiet settlement of United Estates originally built by the US Navy in 1961.

The campus is an arm of the University of The Bahamas, as an educational field camp for over 50 years for local and international scholars.

Sitting on a huge plot of land just a stone’s throw away from the shoreline. The campus hosts over 100 students with 15-20 faculty members.

Despite this, Dr. Dexter says San Salvador is the perfect place for research.
