NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has revoked the bail of a wanted murder suspect who remains at large. Prosecutors say Rashad Paul, whose street name is Eyes, cut off his ankle bracelet on January 6.

He was wearing an ankle monitor as a condition of his $30,000 bail for the February 2, 2019 murder of Kirby Jean Pierre.

Paul is the prime suspect in a murder that took place at East Street on the same day that his ankle bracelet was removed.

Since then, Paul has failed to report to the Quakoo Street Police Station and keep his residential curfew—all conditions on his bail.

Police have checked hospitals, prison, Interpol and Paul’s home in their search for him.

Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson revoked Paul’s bail due to the flagrant breaches of his bail conditions.

She also ordered a warrant for his arrest.

Now, the women who signed Paul’s could be made to pay the bail sum for failing to ensure that he complied with the conditions of his release.
