NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A jury has been seated in the murder conspiracy case of a policeman and his cousin.

Prosecutors allege that 49-year-old Darren Davis and 29-year-old Stephon Davis planned the murder of Jayson Whitfield.

Whitfield, a senior clerk in the Passport Office, was found shot dead in a car in Garden Hills on December 3, 2022.

No one has been charged with his murder.

The Davises, who are on bail, have pleaded not guilty.
