NASSAU, BAHAMAS – My colleague Delvardo Emmanuel and I took a tasteful trip to Thailand Thursday evening at Ko Sa Wan’s champagne dinner.

Nestled in the Cove at Atlantis Paradise Island, the dinner consisted of a five-course meal paired with the flavors of Moet & Chandon Champagne.

It was an elevated dinning experience where guests were surrounded by picturesque views of the Cove, and endless glasses of champagne served by a sommelier.

Dr. Sharron Neely – Attendee

“It’s absolutely amazing the different flavors that pairs with the different food, I mean it just wakes up the pallet…,” she said.

Delvardo Emmanuel – Reporter

The Pad Thai I think that’s what it was, the noodles with the egg and the lobster, that was amazing…,” he said.
