Leadership Workshop Opens

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prime Minister Philip Davis calling for collaboration with local government councilors and Family Island practitioners at the opening of this year’s local government leadership workshop.

Referencing the 2022 / 2023 budget, Prime Minister Davis says government will focus on three key priorities, including achieving 30 percent renewable energy in the country by 2030.

He explains how Family Islands will be impacted by such a policy, as well as the entrepreneurial and well-paying job opportunities the energy initiative will create.
