NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Save the Bays Executive Chairman Joe Darville sounding the alarm over a cruise ship that was set to make a stop off Lucaya in Grand Bahama.

Darville telling Our News incidents like these threaten the seabeds.

He says the area is home to a large amount of coral reefs.

While he is all for anything that boosts Grand Bahama’s economy, Darville says the ship should’ve docked in the harbour.

He also noted the prime minister’s push for climate change.
