GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – In less than two days fathers and father figures across the country will be celebrated. 

While some may decide to have Father’s Day dinner at the restaurant, for others they may choose to cook the traditional Father’s Day meal at home. 

A well known chef in Grand Bahama is sharing what makes the perfect meal for dads.

Those are some of the foods, owner of Pam’s Kitchen, Pamela Laing says makes the perfect Father’s Day meal.

Laing and her husband, Ozzie Laing was up from 5:00am prepping Father’s Day lunches.

Well, it appears as if crab and rice has become a part of the signature Father’s Day meal but Laing says you must clean and prepare the crab properly.

Now some dads have expressed that they are tired of the traditional crab and rice. Laing says there’s another option.

And she shares the secret ingredient that keeps her going in the kitchen each year.
