NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of a shooting that left a 20-year-old man with serious injuries has been granted $20,000 bail.

Lavardo McKenzie, 47, faces charges of attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life in connection with the October 5 shooting of Camron Willie Dean.

The shooting took place outside a bar in Greencastle, Eleuthera, and is believed to be connected to the stabbing of another man earlier that day.

As a condition of bail, McKenzie has to wear an ankle bracelet, sign in at a police station, and keep a curfew.
