NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of killing two men behind bars appeared in court as prosecutors prepare to take his first murder case to trial.

Thirty-six-year-old Diallo Williamson is supposed to be tried later this year for the November 1, 2021 beating death of his cellmate Mikhail Miller.

But prosecutors are still waiting on the pathologist report.

Williamson’s lawyer Dorsey McPhee is also requesting Miller’s medical records a week before his death.

Williamson was charged last week in connection with the February 1, 2025 murder of Brody Fritz and the attempted murder of Nicanor Moss

He’s accused of stabbing the men while they were let out of their cells to dispose of their night waste.
