Man Accused of Molesting 12-Year-Old Remanded
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting a child was remanded to prison on his 24th birthday.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting a child was remanded to prison on his 24th birthday.
Prosecutors say Joshua Newry had unlawful sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl twice this month.
The incidents allegedly took place in December 16 and 18.
Newry didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges when he shook before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.
He’s next due in court on March 25 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
