NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of molesting a mentally incapacitated person has been denied bail.

Twenty-eight-year-old Garnette Edwards allegedly had sex with a mentally impaired person on September 24.

Edwards didn’t have to enter plea when he made his first court appearance before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.

Bail was denied. He next returns to court on November 29 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
