Man Accused of Molesting Niece Denied Bail
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old man is behind bars after being accused of molesting his niece.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 24-year-old man is behind bars after being accused of molesting his niece.
The man, who cannot be named, faced two count of incest when he stood before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville.
Prosecutors say he molested his 12-year-old niece in October 2023.
He allegedly sexually abused the same girl in April 2024 when she was 13. The man didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges and he was denied bail.
He’s next due in court on November 12 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
