Man Accused of Molesting Niece Granted $9.9K Bail
A man accused of sexually abusing his niece has been granted $9,900 bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of sexually abusing his niece has been granted $9,900 bail.
Court documents allege that the 24-year-old man molested his niece in 2023 and in 2024. She was 12 and 13 were the crimes allegedly took place.
His name has been withheld to conceal his alleged victim’s identity.
As a condition of his bail, Justice Neil Brathwaite ordered the man to report to a police station three times a week and surrender his travel documents. He’s also banned from contact with the witnesses in the case.
