Jeffrey Sherman, 66, allegedly shot Bridgette Ingraham in both arms with a shotgun on August 24.

Sherman is charged with the attempted murder of Ingraham and that of her son Sean Pugh, who was not injured in the shooting.

He’s also accused of having a firearm to endanger their lives.

As a condition of bail, Sherman must have no contact with prosecution witnesses and sign in at the Carmichael Road Police Station three times a week.

Sherman is expected to appear before Magistrate Raquel Whyms on October 31 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
