Man Charged In Home Invasion Rape Case
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police have charged the man who they say is responsible for the armed robbery and rape of a 44-year-old woman at her home.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police have charged the man who they say is responsible for the armed robbery and rape of a 44-year-old woman at her home.
Nikita Jean, 35, is accused of robbing the woman of $450 at gunpoint and sexually assaulting her at her home in the Downtown area on May 28.
Jean was not required to enter a plea to the charges when he appeared before Assistant Chief Magistrate Subusola Swain.
Bail was denied and he returns to court on September 5th to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
