$8K Bail for Man Accused of Child Porn Possession

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 27-year-old man denied having child pornography when he made his first court appearance on Monday.

Thomas Ferguson, of Ross Corner, is accused of having three photos and 13 videos of boys and girls engaging in sexual acts in his cellphone.

The illicit material was found in the Potato messaging app and his photo gallery and allegedly dated back to 2021.

Ferguson pleaded not guilty at his arraignment before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
Bail was set at $8,000. Ferguson’s trial is set for February 23, 2026.
