Mental Health Podcast Geared Towards Youth

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The conversations and efforts to raise more awareness surrounding mental health continue.
In an effort to dispel stigma and provide much-needed support, educator Jasmine Collins says she’s launching a new podcast, called “Expressions”.
She says the podcast will be geared toward children and young people but, the information can be vital to anyone dealing with mental health issues.
Collins says her family has a history of mental health issues that were passed down. She was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. She has been treating the disorder holistically and wants to share her experiences with others.
She says she believes the Expressions podcast is of great need, particularly following the COVID pandemic.
And if you’re interested in being a part of the podcast, Collins says all are welcome as it promises to open, inviting and even fun.
