NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Ministry of Youth Sports and Culture with a successful year under its belt, after re-opening the country with a bang, post pandemic. The minister says the year 2023 is already looking good for the country.

Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, Mario Bowleg, giving the media an update on the lineup of events for 2023. He says first up in the calendar year, the 50th CARIFTA Games. 

As it relates to the Thomas A. Robinson stadium, he says there is a scope of work that dictates what the premises needs to be up to par. 

The minister added that there is also demand for the Baseball stadium. 

Bowleg says Grand Bahama will not be left out in terms of renovations and events.
