NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A woman accused of killing her son is now accused of attacking her co-accused and threatening to kill him.

Twenty-four-year-old Faydeen Aspinall is accused of causing grievous harm to Aubert Cunningham and threatening him on February 27.

Acting Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans remanded Aspinall for a psychiatric evaluation.
The matter was put off to May 5 for a status report.

Aspinall and Cunningham are facing charges related to the March 5, 2024 death of Kamari Aspinall.

She’s accused of child cruelty and manslaughter by negligence while Cunningham is accused of failing to report Aspinall for child abuse.
