NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A murder suspect abandoned his bid for bail because he’s serving a sentence for drug possession for intent to supply.

Deleiko McPhee is serving a sentence of two years and six months after police found 714 pounds of marijuana at his home after responding to his home.

McPhee faces charges of murder and attempted murder in relation to April 28, 2024.

McPhee is accused of the murder of Jamal Forbes and the attempted murder of Lubins Fenelus.
