NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Valley Boys Junkanoo group, known for its classiness and exquisite costuming, has been slipping in its presentations over the past five parades, according to some of its members. They lay the blame at the feet of Adderley who has been chairman since the late 1990s.

The group will go into elections very soon and the members hope they will rid themselves of the curent leadership team and a new man at the helm will emerge. A well-planted source tells us that long time Valley Boy, former Prime Minister Perry Christie, has also thrown his weight behind Davis.

Davis, a Valley Boy of some 42 years, tells us how he became the chosen one.
