NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas National Baptist Convention has a new president. Philip McPhee is taking up the mantle after the passing of the Late Dr. Lloyd Smith.

McPhee says the plan is to continue preaching and teaching the word of God and remain the voice of the Bahamian people.

Baptist remains the largest denomination in The Bahamas, with churches on just about every island in The Bahamas.

McPhee says the plan is to continue its objectives and ensure the convention’s presence is felt throughout The Bahamas.
