Minister of Health Dr. Michael Darville says the operators of the holiday carnival will learn whether a decision preventing the attraction from operating this year will be overturned, on Wednesday.

His comments come after National Security Minister Wayne Munroe said carnival operators may not need permission to open rides to the public.
