NASSAU, BAHAMAS – National Security Minister Wayne Munroe responding to a former cabinet colleagues call for people convicted of rape be castrated or executed.

The comments by Environment and Natural Resources Minister Vaughn Miller were reported in the Tribune Newspaper.

They came after a recent uptick of sexual assaults and rapes in the country.

Munroe says he understands that Miller is frustrated and it’s his is right to express that.
