Neighborhood Fights Haiti Gangs After Vigilante Killings
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Residents in the city of Port-Au-Prince lynched and set alight at least 10 suspected gang members on Monday.
PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI – Residents in the city of Port-Au-Prince lynched and set alight at least 10 suspected gang members on Monday. They claim police did not do enough to protect them. Armed with machetes, bottles, and rocks, residents fought back against encroaching gangs Tuesday in a gruesome outburst of vigilante violence.
