HAITI – The Associated Press has reported gang attacks on two upscale neighborhoods in Haiti’s capital, leaving at least a dozen dead in surrounding areas.

Despite previous peace, violence surged across Port-Au-Prince since February 29th.

As tensions rise, concerns mount over gang violence persisting despite Prime Minister Ariel Henry’s promised resignation.

In a bid to curb the relentless violence, Haiti’s government announced Sunday it was extending a nighttime curfew through March 20.
