NASSAU, BAHAMAS – As Dr. Linda Davis takes over as interim president at the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI), the minister of education weighs in on why she thinks it’s a good fit.

The minister of education holding high hopes for the future of the BTVI as a new leader steps up at the tertiary institution.

Glenys Hanna-Martin telling reporters the more than 20 years of high education experience Dr. Linda Davis brings to the role of interim president will help BTVI to meet its mandate.

Dr. Davis takes over from outgoing president Dr. Robert Robertson.
