NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The nation’s future hospitality and vocational workers at R. M. Bailey Senior High School now have an opportunity to further their skills.

Four Seasons Ocean Club Resort is partnering with the school to enhance its vocational department with a program that trains students with the tools and skills they need to enter the hospitality workforce.

Alexandria Simms, the resort’s People and Culture Manager says it is time for a change in the industry.

Bolinder Munroe, head of the school’s Department of Hospitality, Tourism, and Cosmetology spoke about the importance of vocational education.

The Ministry of Education will host a vocational exhibit for of all government school students on Friday.
