Latario Clarke, otherwise known as “Muggy”, befriended his victims, aged 13 through 17 on the social media, between 2019 and 2021.

He raped the teenagers after meeting them in person.

Clarke appeared before the Court of Appeal, saying he thought the he would have served less time for his crimes.

But Court of Appeal President told Clarke that he should be “grateful for the lenient sentences.”

He warned Clarke, who is unrepresented, that if the court directed a judge to resentence him, he could get more time.

The Court has appointed a public offender to give Clarke legal advice.
