NASSAU, BAHAMAS – On the defense, Acting Press Secretary Keishla Adderley justified the purchase of a $192,000 2024 BMW Series 7 as she spoke to reporters Wednesday afternoon.

This comes after an invoice from Auto Mall Omega Motors showed the purchase stamped and approved by the Ministry of Finance Revenue Section.

When it comes to why the car was purchased, Adderley says the previous vehicle was simply outdated.

Adderley also addressed rumors that the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance David Davis was reassigned following the purchase.
