TORONTO, CANADA – Owen Taylor is one of the top baseball players in Canadian college baseball explaining how he ended up at the University of Toronto.

He recently led his team to an Ontario University Athletics title, hitting a double for the go-ahead RBI in the title game and coming in to pitch a perfect 9th inning, striking out two to lock up the championship for his team.

Before he won a title for UT, he was a freshman transitioning from rural Pennsylvania to big city Toronto.

Taylor was able to overcome his culture shock and have an immediate impact on the Toronto Varsity Blues baseball team, stepping in as one of their best players from day one.

NCAA Women’s Basketball

Coach Yo and the Rebels’ next game will be right here at home at the Battle 4 Atlantis against Howard University on Saturday.
