NASSAU, BAHAMAS – 31 year old Rayeisa Basden is the owner of Body Bahama, a name she says you should get to know.

The bath and body line was developed in 2018, and right before her launch, Hurricane Dorian came and put those plans on hold; however, Basden says she was determined to get her product line to the masses.

Body Bahama has an array of body creams, body scrubs, bath bombs, body mists and candles they’re names all a play on Bahamian culture, such as Johnny Cake, Rum Cake, Hibiscus, Yellow Elder and Coconut Tart.

The small business owner says Body Bahama is a true passion of hers and although having her brand in stores across 3 islands, feedback from her customers has truly been the highlight

Basden describes her product line as an experience, and not simply just a bath and body company. She shares her long term goals for Body Bahama.
