Partnership On Haiti Is Paramount, Says TCI Immigration Minister

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Haiti is definitely a hot topic at the 44th Regular Meeting of CARICOM Heads of Government. So much so that several regional immigrations ministers are in town for this CARICOM conference.

Our News spoke directly with the Immigration Minister Arlington Musgrove from the Turks and Caicos Island who shared his views on the matter and just like The Bahamas’ government, TCI has also spent millions of dollars on repatriations.

Musgrove spoke to shared efforts by The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands to address the crisis in Haiti. He says overall we have to be our brothers keepers in the fight against illegal migration
