NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Years of negotiations came to an amicable end for members of the Public Managers Union, which signed a new industrial agreement with The University of The Bahamas today.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Years of negotiations came to an amicable end for members of the Public Managers Union, which signed a new industrial agreement with The University of The Bahamas today.
Public Managers Union President Cassandra Cartwright-Lewis says the terms are satisfying. The new agreement includes an increase in development training finances, a mentorship program for middle managers, a sabbatical for middle managers, an improved grievance process, and an increment administration.
