NASSAU, BAHAMAS – National Security Wayne Munroe shared that if an offender commits a crime upon release, they do not serve the four months that were taken off the original sentence.

He says the concept is to ensure that offenders, essentially, learn to behave.

Munroe was asked about establishing a halfway house in The Bahamas to assist offenders in returning to society.  He says it is something society has to buy into.
