We’re showcasing another group of people who also gained a sense of independence that year, independence from high school. 

The Queen’s College Class of 1973 was front and center for much of the independence celebrations. 

Andrew Malone graduated from Class 5C.

During our interview at the Our News studio.

It was an emotional morning, and a bit of a mini reunion as some of the classmates hadn’t seen each other since their school days all those years ago.
