Rand Receives Much Needed Items

GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – The Rotary Clubs of Grand Bahama officially hands over some much-needed items to the Grand Bahama’s premiere healthcare facility.

GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Some good news for Grand Bahama’s premiere healthcare facility, the Rand Memorial Hospital. The Rotary Clubs of Grand Bahama officially handing over some much-needed items to the hospital. The items includes medical equipment and furniture. Those items replaced items that were lost due to extensive flooding brought on by Hurricane Dorian.

Rotary Past Assistant Area Governor Lizbeth Knowles says the organization received several donations and raised over $300 thousand and shared what all was donated.

Rotary Past President Christine Van Der Linde says the hospital is the lifeline of Grand Bahama.
