GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – A veteran realtor on Grand Bahama expressing optimism and hope for 2023. He says with several projects on tap for the island, now is the time to invest.

Broker of James Sarles Realty, James Sarles, says 2022 was a good year for the island of Grand Bahama and he is optimistic that momentum will continue into this new year.

With a number of projects breaking ground, including high end hotel chain 6 Senses, the $300 million Carnival Cruise Port, Doctor’s Hospital and more, Sarles says the island may finally be poised to be the bride, rather than the bridesmaid.

He says opportunities for investment are vast and the international community is showing interest.

Sarles adds that while the island needs a major hotel, Bahamians have been capitalizing on the ever-growing AIRBNB market.
